Hope

Two of my designs are combined in this work to create the message of hope. The rainbow and the Pegaso-Unicorn break free from the wall, in this piece serving as a symbol of limitation and confinement. Unicorns are known for their healing powers and Pegasus, the wild horse of the Greek hero Bellerophone, symbolizes poetic inspiration and the ability to transcent one's limitations. The rainbow, a collage piece made out of papers, is one more of the Greek mythological symbols. It is accociated with the goddess Iris - Ιριδα στα Ελληνικά, the benevolent messanger of the Heavens.
